Define product strategy and roadmap for Salesforce Einstein AI features
Work with enterprise customers to understand AI use cases and pain points
Partner with ML and engineering teams to ship production AI features
Define responsible AI guardrails for enterprise deployments
Analyse usage data and define metrics for AI feature success

Requirements

7+ years product management experience in enterprise SaaS
Deep understanding of generative AI and LLM capabilities
Experience with CRM or sales/service software preferred
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
