Job Description
Microsoft is looking for an AI Product Manager to lead generative AI features for Copilot for Microsoft 365. You will define product strategy, work with engineering teams, and ship AI experiences used by millions of enterprise customers globally.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the roadmap for Copilot AI features in Microsoft 365
- Conduct user research to identify high-value AI use cases
- Write product specs and work with engineering to ship features
- Define success metrics and track adoption of AI features
- Collaborate with AI safety team to ensure responsible AI principles
Requirements
- 5+ years product management experience, ideally in enterprise software
- Strong understanding of LLMs and generative AI capabilities and limitations
- Experience defining success metrics and analysing product data
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
