Automation Engineer — AI Agents

Make is hiring an Automation Engineer specialising in AI agent workflows. You will build integrations between Make's automation platform and leading AI models, design agentic workflow templates, and help customers automate complex multi-step processes using AI.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain AI model integrations for the Make platform
• Design reusable agent workflow templates for common automation use cases
• Create documentation and tutorials for AI automation workflows
• Work with enterprise customers to implement custom AI agent solutions
• Test and validate AI integrations for reliability and edge cases

Requirements

• Experience with Make, n8n, or similar automation platforms
• Strong understanding of AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini)
• JavaScript/Node.js or Python proficiency
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
