Senior Prompt Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Prompt Engineer to join our applied AI team. You will design, test, and optimise prompts for GPT-4o and o3 models across enterprise customer deployments, internal tools, and safety evaluation pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and iterate on system prompts for production AI applications
• Build prompt evaluation frameworks and red-teaming pipelines
• Collaborate with ML researchers to translate model capabilities into product features
• Document prompt engineering best practices and internal guidelines
• Work with enterprise customers to optimise their AI implementations

Requirements

• 3+ years experience with LLM-based products
• Deep knowledge of prompting techniques: chain-of-thought, few-shot, structured output
• Strong Python skills for evaluation scripting
• Excellent written communication for documentation and prompt authoring
